QUALITY INSPECTION
  Specialty Tool & Die Co., Inc. takes pride in the quality of our components.  We verify the quality of our products with the use of a Mitutoyo Crystal Plus M443 and Mitutoyo PH-A14.  The Mitutoyo Crystal Plus M443 is a manual-floating Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).  This machine can measure specifications on a component within 15.75” x 15.75” x 11.81” XYZ coordinate system.  The Mitutoyo PH-A14 is Optical Horizontal Comparator.  This machine has a 14” screen diameter with linear scales and QM-Data 200, which is a 2D coordinate measurement geometry calculation system.
