Specialty Tool & Die Co., Inc. specializes in the design and build of specialt need type tools. These tools can range from operator assisted installation tools, operator work stations, pre-production/product development installation tools, hydraulic/pneumatic work holding fixtures, resistance weld fixtures as well as metal stamping progressive dies, blanking dies and draw dies.

STATOR CORE SQUEEZE FIXTURE
This tool was designed by our customer. Specialty Tool & Die Co., Inc. performed all machining and assembly of the tool components. Specialty Tool was able to use the customer CAD files (solid models) to help generate tool paths for the required CNC machining and wire edm service.

HYDRAULIC WORK HOLDING FIXTURES
These hydraulic work holding fixtures were designed and built by Specialty Tool & Die Co., Inc. These fixtures will hold four columns of aluminum castings to be machined on a Mori-Seiki Horizontal Machining Center.

CAR DOOR GANG SWITCH DURABILITY TEST FIXTURE
Specialty Tool & Die Co., Inc. provided the machining and assembly of this durability test fixture, designed by our customer. This fixture tests six units simultaneously. This picture is shown with PUT holding fixture removed for clarity. This fixture locates and holds the product during the testing and is mounted to a door assembly on an environmental test chamber.

This machine presses an assembled part together in order for the operator to weld the assembly together at three locations.
